By accessing the 17bet platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms form the complete and exclusive agreement between you and 17bet with respect to the subject matter herein.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 17bet platform. Access to the platform is conditional on acceptance of these Terms without modification. If you are uncertain about any provision, please contact us before proceeding.

To register and maintain an account on 17bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held in that account will be subject to forfeiture pending age verification.
• You must be an individual person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of others are not permitted on 17bet.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. Providing false personal information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• Each person is permitted to hold only one active 17bet account. If duplicate accounts are identified, 17bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to withhold any balances pending investigation.
• You must not be a current employee of 17bet or a member of an employee's immediate family, nor a person otherwise associated with the operation of the platform in a professional capacity.

17bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for players in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 17bet does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours are typically processed within one to three hours. 17bet reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

17bet may offer bonuses, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued on the 17bet platform:

• Bonuses are issued to the bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to the main wallet and withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion unless otherwise stated. Claiming the same promotion using multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in disqualification and account review.
• 17bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or refuse a bonus claim where it has reason to believe the offer is being misused or where a technical error has caused an incorrect bonus to be applied.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit. Accounts that are closed and re-opened are not eligible for welcome bonus offers.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 17bet login credentials, including your username, password and any authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you must not allow any other person to use your account. 17bet will treat any activity conducted through your account as activity authorised by you, except where you have notified us of a suspected security breach before that activity occurred.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify 17bet immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation. You acknowledge that 17bet cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 17bet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to the appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Opening or operating more than one account, including using different payment methods, email addresses or mobile numbers to circumvent the single-account restriction.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software bugs, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financially illegal activity. 17bet cooperates fully with law enforcement and may report suspicious activity without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the 17bet platform — including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and the overall design of the website — is the property of 17bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, scrape or otherwise exploit any content from the 17bet platform without prior written permission from 17bet. Unauthorised use of platform content may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 17bet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to access the 17bet platform.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions or circumstances outside 17bet's reasonable control.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, your failure to log out from a shared device, or your provision of false information during registration.

17bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. The platform provides voluntary self-management tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion, all of which can be activated by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

17bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity fraud or any prohibited activity listed in these Terms. In such cases, balances may be withheld pending investigation and 17bet is not obliged to provide advance notice of account suspension.

Your use of the 17bet platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version that may be made available, the English version shall prevail in all cases.
